These sheep, of the Southdown family, growing the wool are still roaming the ancient fields on the foothills of the South Downs in Sussex and are in the caring hands of Peter. This very small flock has a very chill vibe about them. So relaxed and friendly. It is such a joy to visit them in the field. Yes, it matters to me that my products are eco friendly and tell a traceable story.
